Gym - miscellaneous 50:00 [3]
weight:168lbs shoes: Asics

Map & Compass work 30:00 [3] 1.75 mi (17:09 / mi)

I worry about Sunday's Governor Dick maps - overprinting on three shades of green, some of it dark always throws me. Oh well. Armor up and get it done.

Easy bike around town in great weather.

orienteering 58:11 [4] 4.1 mi (14:12 / mi) +125m 12:58 / mi
weight:169.4lbs shoes: Falcon VJ - Footlok

Orienteering @ Hibernia. Found the woods trashy and fairly slow going. Probably good for me to have to pay attention to vegetation "detours". Left before other results - likely did "OK". HughMac4 chauffeured me to the meet (where he planned to run all the courses!); and AnnieMac drove me home. Kids today - appreciate them. Miles to go before the North Americans, I suspect.
