This is, of course, a lengthy dog-walk. Since my coaches have diagnosed what seem to me to be a hip problem as not a hip problem and that lots of specific stretching and walking might help - I've decided to take their advice and try this for a week. Oscar (the dog) will be a beneficiary anyway and what have I got to lose. A joy - Oscar got extremely muddy, which then froze on him, requiring a defrosting in the kitchen pre-cleanup. I enter this only to make the commitment to a week of this - now to stretch.
