Phased in some slow treadmill running - 4x with walking in between per therapist. 30 min hard recumbent bike, etc. Now on a (very) gradual return to running program. Here's hoping.

Therapy Monday - after which I will be allowed to try a short treadmill to measure progress, if any. Getting more efficient at stretches/therapy.

With therapist. Added one more: back, knees up, one leg over the other - sag toward side, raise hand over head, repeat, alternating. Easy stretch.

Stretches per therapist. Sandy: added one - the lie on stomach, extend arms raise and lower opposite arms and legs off mat. 10 reps, 3 sets. Harder than it seems - does stuff to small of back.
