Obviously this geezer still requires assistance with nifty new Son-to-Father Garmin watch. I timed my gym workout today and thought it would download somehow - I stopped and saved it. Instead, I managed to download all the instructional times from yesterday. Ah me.

Conditions and other factors (weather, catheter, Garmin stopped, alfuzosin, etc.) 1 - Mac 0. Butt kicked today. Was at .6 and pace of 13:14 when Garmin stopped. Good excuse to walk it in.
