This was on streets - gym closed. This was somewhat of a disaster. My watch had me much faster on the second mile than I was going (jog/walk), and that messed with my head. See track. 2.5 min./mile pace! Worse, my back went kablooie and I had to walk home from the far end of town.
Let's see if I can unkink my back now. Maybe these shoes not a good choice for hard surfaces. Maybe the North Koreans were messing with the satellites.
