Trying to find things that permit back to heal. Here's what's wrong:
Progressed moderate compression deformity of T12; severe degenerative disc disease at L5-S1, with facet arthropathy; moderate compression deformity at T7 ad T8; mild to moderate thoracic spondylosis. Perhaps I am kidding myself, but still have athletic performance fantasies.

This is what a woods dog-walk looks like. Back hurts @ step of the way - not a lot (3-4) but very annoying. I likely wouldn't stand up to real torture well. Got the Garmin to work at least.
