15 min. bike, 15 min of walking (20mpm/10), 15 of weights. Back sucks.

stationary bike 1:10:00 [3] 16.68 mi (4:12 / mi)
max:127 weight:169.2lbs shoes: New Balance 1500V3

Worked down from level 10 to get heart rate up early. Makes the whole workout harder.

Trying to find things that permit back to heal. Here's what's wrong:
Progressed moderate compression deformity of T12; severe degenerative disc disease at L5-S1, with facet arthropathy; moderate compression deformity at T7 ad T8; mild to moderate thoracic spondylosis. Perhaps I am kidding myself, but still have athletic performance fantasies.

Hike 1:19:39 [1] 2.93 mi (27:11 / mi) +90m 24:48 / mi
weight:168lbs shoes: Heavy leather boots

This is what a woods dog-walk looks like. Back hurts @ step of the way - not a lot (3-4) but very annoying. I likely wouldn't stand up to real torture well. Got the Garmin to work at least.
