Saturday Jan 27 #

Gym - miscellaneous 1:00:00 [3]
weight:169lbs shoes: New Balance 1500V3

Same as Thursday, but a little quicker, since I already worked out what weights to use.

Friday Jan 26 #

stationary bike 1:20:00 [3] 20.23 mi (3:57 / mi)
max:126 weight:169lbs shoes: New Balance 1500V3

Upped resistance (5 - 11), speed and time to where it's hurting. Wonder if it's helping.

Thursday Jan 25 #

Gym - miscellaneous 1:07:00 [3]
weight:169.4lbs shoes: New Balance 1500V3

15 min. warm-up on bike - every weight machine that didn't hurt back. Will continue as able.

Wednesday Jan 24 #

Gym - miscellaneous 1:00:00 [3]
weight:169.2lbs shoes: New Balance 1500V3

30 min. easy on recumbent bike, 30 min. fooling with various weights, trying to consider which ones won't hurt back.

Tuesday Jan 23 #

stationary bike 1:15:00 [3] 18.03 mi (4:10 / mi)
max:122 weight:169.6lbs shoes: New Balance 1500V3

This hurts my back the least of the other stuff I try. Not sure how much it really connects to running: sweat a lot, legs get tired, heart rate goes up only slowly, etc.

Gym - miscellaneous 10:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance 1500V3

Trying to find something that doesn't hurt. This is not it.
