Jogged 57.2% Almost did 15's. Hard effort. Very sweaty. Don't have much more than that in the tank right now. Essentially went out fast (amazing what "fast" is these days) and got slower.

I felt so good and had nothing I absolutely had to do - I did two miles on trails. I'm calling anything under 15min.per mile a trail "run". I know, I know.
