Finally nipped under 15's and am calling it a "run". Download to happen after "Bluetooth turned on". As usual, went out "fast" and slowed down on last 2 mles. First 3 at 14:06's. Weather a factor: 68F and 74% at start. Still a sweathog.

Following - meeting HughMac4 as he prepares for the Shawangunk 70 miler. Basically I dropped him off 2x and drove to the meeting place and hiked backwards to meet him. See his log for details. I forgot my Garmin - but likely 25 min per mile or worse. This will be a very challenging race for him - all the ugly stuff he/we saw today will be done in the dark. We did meet a meet director working on the trail with the only female to ever finish the race.
