Was planning on my usual 5 mile run requiring a creek crossing a little after 4 miles - nope. Could not risk it. Waist deep and raging. So turned around and retraced.

20 min on bike, 25 w bands & stretching & 40 min w/ weights. Might not get a workout in for the next three days - I HAVE to go fishing and crabbing and so forth on the Eastern Shore. Poor, poor pitiful me.

Walk fast, jog slow - up and down, paces, mind occupied. This is a pretty hard workout for me right now. Last 5 min walked @ 15's.
