This is about what I've got right now. Wanted to be under 13's, just missed. Lots of faster and slower, mind occupied stuff. Didn't want my heart rate any faster . . . Looks like the treadmill is 2 min. per mile faster than trails - seems reasonable.

Seven seconds short of being able to call this a "trail run". Needed to really run hard for the last bit. Beat. Still sweathog. Humidity @ 97%, dewpoint 71.
Inspired by HughMac4's effort yesterday (and Friday) - wow! But I'm thinking there's hope. 36% jog.
