BTW - for the record, I've had a CT scan, an ultrasound, a visit to a spine specialist and am now involved with Physical Therapy 2x per week. Every day I do about 30 min. of designated stretches (one of which really hurts), with the plan to return in 2 - 3 weeks to the spine guy to needle out some calcifications. No running in the meantime, but recumbent bike OK. So - not a lot of AP entries for awhile.
