REALLY easy effort. Hamstring still hurting. Likely will NOT be able to run on Sunday - but will be able to walk. Fate.

Wondered what it would feel like to jog a 5km. Feels rather terrible - needed to walk 35%, mostly in the last mile, with an inexplicable muscle pull or weird ding of some kind. Dang.
