Hot day at Mount Penn. Could not really run. Drank most of a small Camelbak. Might almost be time to face up to some (hopefully long-term fixable) physical issues. Really no gas on any kind of uphill. Glad to be out - Annie chauffeured and kept me great company, and accomplished a much harder Green Course.
