Brisk walk. Can't walk much faster without the goofy hip thingy. So I suppose that 16 min. per mile represents my fast non-goofy walk. IF - big if - I ever make a comeback and attempt a 50km, I'll have to walk fast, so I suppose we can call this "training". Nice day - extremely humid (99%).
