Jogged 20% on beautiful day - finally. 69F and less humid. Sweathog. Happy.

Jogged 13.7% by paces. Humid, not terribly hot. Sweathog. Math suggests that 15 min./mile would require 20% jogging. Seems reasonable. And if I'm doing the math correctly, a 100% jog would only equal a pace a little under 12 min./mile. Seems reasonable.

Used a little more arm motion, per Coach Hugh. 3/4 of this walk was in torrential rains and thunder and lightning. Went from hot and sweaty to chilly.
