Actually, this took much longer than ten minutes, as I needed to access web to refresh memory on some of the 12! things Annie gave me to do. Least favorite (hardest for me): Locust Pose. Easiest (I excel at this): Corpse Pose.

This time was spent fiddling with the myriad of options these treadmills have. Not considered (yet): bluetooth connection to hearing aids and Spotify, Facebook, Netflix, the internet, etc.. Guessing on distance. Lots of up and down, etc.

Wow. Thorny but good course. Now for the blood transfusion. Could NOT run much at all and very slow uphills. Nice course by TomO. Major error on the 4th control, mistaking east arrow on clue sheet for west - wandered in the wrong (thorny) reentrant for awhile. Mostly walked after that.
