swimming (critter chasing) (Free diving for dinner) 2:00:00 [3] 3.0 km (40:00 / km)
shoes: Mares, frog feet

Great breath hold training, through necessity it turns out. Chasing and being outsmarted by critters, out there for a few hours until I bagged a big sucker and my calves and hammies were starting to cramp under ledges......good time to stop.
9 AM

SUP (Stand up paddling ) 1:20:00 [3] 5.0 km (16:00 / km)

SUP 1:20:00 [3] 5.0 km (16:00 / km)
shoes: SUP

Sigh....retirement planning. In all honesty though the SUP stuff isn't too bad.
Went down with the 2.5 Jenkin family and Tammy to Injinup, beach break was looking like fun but side wind made things a bit tricky to get a good launch. Lots of falling off, mostly by Simon. Jo was very impressive given the counterweight.
4 PM

m/bike 1:30:00 [3] 30.0 km (3:00 / km)
shoes: Santa Cruz Tallboy ltc

Dr Dave, Tammy and Simon all on a little adventure through the Margaret River trails. Dr Dave had been shut up for a while and was doing a great scalded kitty impersonation. The downs were ok but legs were blown from the mornings activities, great trails though and may actually be getting some covering skills back......maybe.

Road Run 40:00 [3] 8.5 km (4:42 / km)
shoes: Hoka Stinson

Finally thought I'd better get training for Godzone before I need to taper!
Trot into Dunsborough from where Tammy and I were staying. Followed by swim not a bad way to start a few days down south.
