Mountain Bike 49:30 [3] 14.35 km (3:27 / km) +346m 3:05 / km

456, up to Loxley via Rivelin and Robin Hood. Made it up to top of Loxley for first time without stopping quite easily. Around the top of Loxley Common, back down bridleways to Malin Bridge, Hilllsborough Corner and finally Langsett for MTBO practice.

MTBO 10:29 [3]

MBO practice on Walkley map with course from Ben. Did first section around Langsett estate and then chain broke on way to control 8. Pushed bike up hill to home. Tricky map to navigate on whilst on a bike, could do with larger scale. Too many steps for my riding ability.

Mountain Bike 34:07 [3] 8.52 km (4:00 / km) +219m 3:33 / km

Quick blast around Rivelin on 456. Down single track, along bridleways up to Crosspool and down Coppice, along Rivelin Valley Road, up the steep rocky track parallel to the bridleway (made it all way to top without stopping, even up the rocky sections), back up Tinker Lane.

Running 43:10 [3] 5.92 km (7:17 / km) +171m 6:22 / km

With Ben to White Edge to find lunchbox. Found it quite easily, even despite my inability to follow a bearing.

Mountain Bike 1:51:24 [3] 29.93 km (3:43 / km) +686m 3:20 / km

456 down to Hunters Bar, through parks, Ringinglow, Houndkirk, Blackamoor, Dore, Coit Lane, Forge Dam, parks, Hunters Bar, home. All the girls are away in London with Grandma. Council have made a mess of Houndkirk by chucking bright orange stones everywhere, and have made one of the better trickier bits really easy to ride. Got up Clough Lane okay without front wheel lifting. Got all way up Coit lane for first time and wondered why I hadn't made it up before as it was quite easy.
