Parkrun was cancelled at the last minute because of (traveller) litter, but I really really needed an aerobic workout so did it anyway. Along with quite a few others. Why wouldn't you? JB suggested jogging together but I wanted to see where I was at. Really felt my three weeks off. Back was uncomfortable, chest was tight, bounce wasn't there. With HR almost maxing out, I was feeling better by third lap.
