Got the train to Victoria then walked to Westminster Bridge and picked up the south bank Thames Path through Battersea, Wandsworth, Barnes and Kew to Richmond. Train back to Clapham Junction for a connection to home. Got a coffee in Nine Elms and ate a sandwich by Putney Bridge. Hips and legs felt odd all day and jeans are now almost slipping off hips. Resting pulse under 40!
