Recovery walk. Northchapel, Aldworth, SBP to Fernden, Kingsley Green, Reeth, Black Down, Hillgrove. Have to keep moving. And the good news is I felt so much better finishing this very fine walk than starting it. Encouraged.

Reprised the run home I did with Lu before London last March. Only went round rather than over West Harting Down. Beautiful Spring day, light tailwind. Wore road shoes, which meant I had to walk a couple of slippy muddy hills early on, but they were a bonus on tracks and roads. A lot of the muddier paths were dried hard. Really apprehensive beforehand but got into a good jog after about half an hour and just kept it up for almost two hours more. Tired for the last few miles but was pushing for a time. Recovery will be interesting. Corp Challenge on Wednesday!
