Was generally better than last week. Managed to shave off about 23 seconds and feel fairly confident that training will rapidly improve cardiovascular fitness and bring times down further. I know it's there if I want it. Big question mark over lower back though. Biomechanically it wasn't right and it's probably only the ibuprofen that's stopping if being worse. Got a real (familiar) buzz from the effort, which will hopefully keep up the motivation. Love parkrun.
