Trail race race (Chichester parkrun) 21:40 [5] 5.0 km (4:20 / km) +50m 4:08 / km

Ibuprofen free. Back was twingeing but, on the whole, felt much looser and more positive. Headed Lu on first lap but had to ease back for second as usual. It wasn't a quicker start though. Rough splits were 6.55, 7.20 and 7.25. And it was a lot drier. Definitely felt a tiny bit better again. And enthusiasm is back in spades. Could have jogged home after.
