Trail race race (Chichester parkrun) 22:27 [5] 5.0 km (4:29 / km) +80m 4:09 / km

Thought I might be completely knocked up after yesterday, so pleased to get this in. New four lap route with four big hills and four kickers round the planters. Floated up the first hill but felt a bit weary for the others. Good to have them on the tarmac for a change though. Felt like a better workout. Touches of the old Thraves once or twice today.

Inset Day. Got the train to Brighton then picked up from where we left off (Royal Pavilion) on Sunday and followed MW through Hove, Southwick Hill, Beeding and Bramber to Findon. Caught the bus to Worthing and train home. Mud was drying, sun warm-ish and birds were singing. First long walk since back spasm couple of weeks ago. Will see in the morning about parkrun tomorrow.
