2 x (400, 200, 200), then 2 x 200. 2 minutes recovery between efforts, 3-4 between sets. Felt good to push hard, though I feel more lopsided than usual. Need to figure out what is tight, what is weak, and try to get it balanced out more. (96, 95, 43) (99, 98, 45) (47, 47). So I need to work on stamina, too!
