| Abs, back and legs. Been wondering how the alpine skiing is affecting my leg balance, so I did a bunch of quad stuff. Right knee has been tweakey, so I am trying to solve it before it becomes a real problem. |

| Felt a bit sluggish tonight, but it was pretty late (9:15) for me. Some hills, up to 5%, in the mix, which made me work.
I need to do some hill work, I am feeling whimpy on hills. As soon as the snow melts ... or the ice, I should say. |

| 7 x 400m. Started at 91, got down to 84. It may have been 8 x 400 actually, I wasn't concentrating hard. Too busy watching a movie.
Didn't feel warmed up enough at the start, in spite of 14 minutes plus some stretching. But then I got into it and they felt easier. Could have done them all a bit faster if I had done some strides first, so I'll try that next time. |

| Skied harder today. Quite a few runs with no kids! Feeling pretty beat at the end of the day. Beautiful weather and good snow too. Ahhhhh. |

| With Wendy. Back sore after, but from sledding yesterday not from running. The woods are still pretty slick, so we stayed on the roads. Think I may get the dobb spikes out and go in the woods later in the week though! |

| Ahhhh. Finally a ski from my house this winter. Skied all the way to the Trail and only had to take the skis off once (to cross Mass Ave.). The plows had been by the time I came back, so I had a little more jogging on the way back home. |

| Skied all day. It was pretty good snow, and we finally got Bridget off the carpet lift! It is getting to be hard work keeping up with Ethan :-) |

| Actually two sessions - went back for a few night runs with Ethan and Dad. Dad and I had a contest to see how many turns we could do on South Slope from top to bottom. I thrashed him - 202 to 175 I think. It hurt!!!! |
