| A bit worn out, but it still felt ok. Up Hurricane Mtn Rd to the water tower, then cut through to Crown Ridge, and back around on the roads. Nothing in particular is sore, just generally tired. | ||

| With Dad, and on my own at times. Up Hurricane Mtn Road, and Hurricane Mountain, then up the Black Cap Trail to the Red Tail Trail, and down. I did all the switchbacks and Dad went straight.
Felt pretty good. Not fast on the hill, but plenty of endurance. Uphill logged separately .... | ||

| Bridget sick. Woke us up too many times in the night. I spent the whole day feeling lousy, wondering whether I too am getting sick, or whether it was just lack of sleep. She didn't want me to run on the treadmill, so I didn't.
Arms, abs and back. Used the 5lb weights for the arms today. Think I'll feel it tomorrow! | ||

| 11:30am, watching the marathon! Kids on the computer and in front of the television ... only way I can be sure they don't start fighting while I'm running!
Felt good once I warmed up (which took 2 miles). Got below 7:30 pace in the last third. Did some inclines at 4 and 5% ... all at 1% or 1.5%. Glad to be running, as I missed out due to Bridget being sick yesterday and needing plenty of parental attention ... | ||
