| Up Cranmore. Up was fine, even felt like I was working a bit. Down was steep, and I tweaked my already sore left quad when one of the kids slipped while holding my hand. Bother.
Not sure how long the actual hike took, but it felt like about a 20 minute run ... Gorgeous autumn day. Almost no snow on Washington. I'll have to do some serious snow dances over the next month ... this brown ground will never do. | ||

| Round the Res. Roughly 10 x 200m with 200m recovery. First half felt easy, tired on the second half. Actually did feel that I could move my legs quickly ... but of course it wasn't on a track, so I don't really know if it WAS quick, or if it just felt that way!

Leg tight. I followed this run with a week off, to see if the IT band is the problem and if rest will sort it. Rest of the many day, not the 2 day kind. | ||
