Wednesday Nov 29

running (treadmill) 33:00 [2]
shoes: Pegasus 3 wide
8pm treadmill. After a long day at school. Right quad tweakey.

Sunday Nov 26

running long (trails) 1:32:00 [3]
shoes: Trail Pegasus 2
Red Tail to Cranmore and back on trails as well. Didn't feel super strong, but had a great time!

Saturday Nov 25

Hiking 20:00 [1]
Up Cranmore. Up was fine, even felt like I was working a bit. Down was steep, and I tweaked my already sore left quad when one of the kids slipped while holding my hand. Bother.
Not sure how long the actual hike took, but it felt like about a 20 minute run ...
Gorgeous autumn day. Almost no snow on Washington. I'll have to do some serious snow dances over the next month ... this brown ground will never do.

Friday Nov 24

running warm up/down (treadmill) 20:00 [3]
shoes: Pegasus 3 wide
running tempo (treadmill) 25:00 [4]
shoes: Pegasus 3 wide

Wednesday Nov 22

running (roads) 43:00 [2]
shoes: Asics 2100 - 2
early am

Tuesday Nov 21

running intervals (trails) 18:00 [5]
shoes: Trail Pegasus 2
Round the Res. Roughly 10 x 200m with 200m recovery. First half felt easy, tired on the second half. Actually did feel that I could move my legs quickly ... but of course it wasn't on a track, so I don't really know if it WAS quick, or if it just felt that way!
A beautiful fall day!!!!
running warm up/down (roads and trails) 25:00 [2]
shoes: Trail Pegasus 2

Monday Nov 20

running (roads) 42:00 [2]
shoes: Asics 2100 - 2
early am

Saturday Nov 18

running (roads) 55:00 [3]
shoes: Asics 2100 - 2
With Debby on the Trail. A bit tired, but so nice to be out.
(edited the time - actually I have no idea how far it was or how long we ran, but Andy says it is nearly 7 miles to where we turned, so I know we didn't do it in 50 minutes ...)
C • Finally time to run? 2

Thursday Nov 16

running (treadmill) 33:00 [2]
shoes: Pegasus 3 wide
Mid morning run before opening night.

Sunday Nov 12

running (treadmill) 40:00 [2]
shoes: Pegasus 3 wide
Watching the Pats lose.

Right knee a little tweaky, but the leg was fine. Another easy day tomorrow, then I'll try something faster on Tuesday.

Wednesday Nov 8

Core Strength 20:00 [1]
arms and abs

Sunday Nov 5

running long (treadmill) 1:23:00 [3]
shoes: Pegasus 3 wide
Watching the Pats lose, a prelude to the following week. At least they played reasonably well against the Colts. Against the Jets it was just depressing.

Leg tight. I followed this run with a week off, to see if the IT band is the problem and if rest will sort it. Rest of the many day, not the 2 day kind.

Saturday Nov 4

running (treadmill) 50:00 [3]
shoes: Pegasus 3 wide
So long ago I don't remember.

Wednesday Nov 1

running (roads) 42:00 [2]
With David and Debby.
