| With Wendy. Tired from the week - but great to be running. Right leg tightened up at about 50 minutes.
I am vowing to stretch and do exercises and take anti-inflammatories for a month. And wear the orthotics. If that doesn't work, I guess it is back to the doctor. |

| Last night of the play. It went well, but it was a tough week! Now perhaps a bit more sleep and a bit more training. |

| Just when I was about to take the injury off the list. The same as before - my right quad went tight ... then my IT band. So frustrating after 3 months off, PT, starting slowly, expensive orthotics ... and still no change.
One week until my show. I'm not going to deal with the injury until the show is over. |

| With Wendy (who had forgotten to set her clock back) around Rock Meadow. A gorgeous fall morning. I felt like we were going at a good pace this week, and that I was getting stronger ... right quad did its old trick of going tight (I stopped and stretched it briefly). Annoying.
Then I went to work for 8 hours. 10 days until we open, 12 until it's finished. |
