With Wendy. Tired from the week - but great to be running. Right leg tightened up at about 50 minutes.

I am vowing to stretch and do exercises and take anti-inflammatories for a month. And wear the orthotics. If that doesn't work, I guess it is back to the doctor.

Last night of the play. It went well, but it was a tough week! Now perhaps a bit more sleep and a bit more training.

Just when I was about to take the injury off the list. The same as before - my right quad went tight ... then my IT band. So frustrating after 3 months off, PT, starting slowly, expensive orthotics ... and still no change.

One week until my show. I'm not going to deal with the injury until the show is over.

With Wendy (who had forgotten to set her clock back) around Rock Meadow. A gorgeous fall morning. I felt like we were going at a good pace this week, and that I was getting stronger ... right quad did its old trick of going tight (I stopped and stretched it briefly). Annoying.

Then I went to work for 8 hours. 10 days until we open, 12 until it's finished.

With Debby. A bit faster (3 minutes) than normal. I felt very unfit up the hill. Muscles tight.
