Ankle taped. Swelling almost all gone, just a bit green. Felt okay as long as the surface was flat. Think it could use another rest day though.

Trails at Estabrook. Felt good, but turned ankle at 80 minutes. Swelling after, lots of ice and Advil ... hopefully running again on Wednesday.

10am. Felt good, strong on hill.

Warm up/down. Tired legs for warm down. Some knee pain afterward.

3 x 1600+ in lane 6. 7:04, 7:01, 7:02. 60 to 90 seconds recovery. Last one felt hard or I would have done a fourth.
Wonder what this translates to in lane 1? I need to do some faster, shorter intervals in the next few weeks.
Heart rate got over 175 on the last one.
