Then 4 x 100m strides, which are not quite right on the treadmill, but still did get my feet moving fast at least. Wish the thing could decelerate more rapidly!! | ||

| 3 x roughly 1 mile, supposed to be at half marathon pace (aiming for 6:40-6:50). With about 400m recovery. Felt pretty awful before, and after. But not so bad during. Just slow. Last one felt best.
