| A nice full day on fantastic snow. Waited all winter for this. AND Bridget finally decided she was ready to go up to the top. A great end to the season. I have strong legs now, though not in all the right places for running. Ah well. It was good to look across at the ridges and think that trail running season starts soon....
Logging it at 20% of the real total. Chasing Ethan makes me ski hard! We skied almost every trail on the mountain. | ||

| A good snowshoe around the TF trail. Second time faster, trying to catch Dad and the kids. Definitely got the heart rate up a bit. | ||

| Bounding. Worked out a circuit:
Up Walnut (started at Albermarle) bounding. Left on Gray, recover to ... Down Gray, turn L on Newport to first tree- fast feet Recover down Newport, and left onto Albermarle. High knees/fast feet on Albermarle to stop sign. Recover to end and down Walnut. High knees/fast feet for length of Walnut Terrace, walk back, jog up and repeat! I only had time for 3 circuits. 4 next time. | ||

| From the lifts opening to the lifts closing! Skied hard sometimes, as I was testing 3 different types of demo skis, none of which I can afford. Ah, well. Best snow of the season, and beautiful sunshine alternating with snow flurries. Perfect.
Calling it 70 minutes, it was actually 7 hours. I figure that is fair ... | ||

| 5 x 800. Was only supposed to be 4 x 800, but the first one was pretty easy, and I still had more in me at the end. Next time I'll be sure to warm up more, and start the first interval faster. First one was about 3:10, last one was 2:58, with negative splits (easy to control on the treadmill). Took about .35 rest, with some walking. | ||
