Usual am with Debby and David. Happy to not go fast today. Woke up at 4 am fretting about the show and never got back to sleep. In two weeks it will be over and I'll be sane again. 8 hours at school yesterday (5 hour rehearsal plus set building and light board programming) ... exhausted.

ITB tight. Haven't been stretching enough. Felt good to run, even if it was too early in the morning.

A good hard day of skiing. 9-3 with not too many breaks. Bridget can do all sorts of stuff now, and Ethan is way too fast. Last day of our season, sniff. We could manage another weekend, but there is so much we've been neglecting at home.

Morning - felt like about half an hour of running by the end of it. Hard snow, but it was getting better as the sun came out.

Grades are due this week. I am not finished. Not likely to run much until they are done (or sleep much). Procrastination bites back. But I will say that I am mighty efficient now that I am under a very tight deadline!!

ITB is tight again. I haven't been stretching as much as I was a month ago. Now I'm scared it is going to get worse if I increase the running any more, and I am only running about 20 miles a week!!!!! With no speed work!!!! Being injured bites even more than doing grades.

AM before the mammoth 5 hour rehearsal. Glad I did it. Didn't have time to stretch, which was probably dumb.

With Debby, early am. Fine, but shin splints later. Need to replace the Asics, they've done more miles than I've logged and they're feeling flat.
