We think they were about 350m laps around the cricket oval in Wymeswold.

Took about .5 to warm up, then fine. First mile slower, last few all at 7:20-7:40 pace (with a surge for a couple minutes before the warmdown). Humid again, maybe it will be nicer in England??
Have to be sure to get a run in once in the next couple of days ... they are going to be busy and I am going to be jet lagged!

First part to the Fells on my own, second part with Wendy in the Fells. So much better running long with company!!
