running warm up/down (treadmill) 20:00 [3]
(injured) shoes: Pegasus 3 wide
5pm. Feeling good. Had to warm up well and speed up slowly - as long as there were no sudden bursts, the quad was okay. But sudden surges were not okay.

Not super fast, but got down to 6:38 pace for a bit. More was around 6:50 pace.

Left quad was tight, then I tweaked it hiking on Saturday. Mostly okay Sunday, but on Tuesday it hurt just walking around. Hurt Wednesday running some, and I am trying not to do anything dumb ...

8pm treadmill. After a long day at school. Right quad tweakey.

shoes: Trail Pegasus 2
Red Tail to Cranmore and back on trails as well. Didn't feel super strong, but had a great time!
