| 5pm. Feeling good. Had to warm up well and speed up slowly - as long as there were no sudden bursts, the quad was okay. But sudden surges were not okay. |

| Left quad was tight, then I tweaked it hiking on Saturday. Mostly okay Sunday, but on Tuesday it hurt just walking around. Hurt Wednesday running some, and I am trying not to do anything dumb ... |
