shoes: Pegasus 3 wide
Felt good. Two days off has helped my back loosen up (and the Advil I suppose). The quad seems totally healed, yeah.

ridiculous that I only do situps when my back is already sore ...

Tuesday Dec 5

running intervals (treadmill) 12:00 [4]
shoes: Pegasus 3 wide
2 x 400 at 90. 2 x 200 at 40, 38.
Quad was okay! A little tight maybe on the 38 second 200, so I didn't push it more.
I felt fine, injury worry was the limiting factor on the speed, not fitness. Race Sunday, then I can take some risks again.

Early am. Easy. Quad felt okay. Will try to go a bit faster tomorrow and see if it is healed.
