Yeah, it sounds corny. But I was drenched in sweat and I got my heart rate up to 110 at least once. Key thing is to keep dancing through all the talking bits.
Of course Bridget loved that I did the whole thing with her. PD and Nadim take note! I'll expect to see Elmocizing in your log in the next few months

9pm! Very late. Everything kept going wrong. Twice the treadmill cut out as the incline went up ... then I realized the cord was trapped, so it was pulling out of the wall. Then near the end I bumped the safety magnet and it stopped again. Too tired, I guess. But of course the run left me wide awake and up until midnight.

A new custom program - we'll see how it feels when I get more fit. Right leg got so tight that I had to slow way down. Yuck.

Watching Scrubs. Too hard to laugh and run on the treadmill ... but worth it.
Mostly between 7:30 and 7:45 pace. Felt okay, not stunning.

Mid-day. Bridget (sick) asleep, woke up half way through the tempo bit ... so got to finish my workout to 'Bob the Builder' ... could be worse.

Not feeling as strong today, but not bad either. Lowest pace was 6:22, and that was for nearly 5 minutes of it ...

Boy did I feel wimpy. Arms are going to be sore tomorrow. But I am making my target of at least 10 minutes a week for January.

Around the various bits of Belmont. A gorgeous day as long as I didn't think about it being January. Felt really good until about 75 minutes. Time to start increasing the long runs by 5-10 a week until I get back to 120min. No specific goals for 07 yet - marathon in the fall ... in the summer hopefully a lot of trail and hill races ...
