Saturday Jan 20

Alpine Skiing 40:00 [1]
Felt somewhat tired - but more just cold! Very windy at times - but still great to have gradually improving conditions. Got a few good grown-up runs in.

Friday Jan 19

Note
(sick)
Feeling more human today. Still less than excited at the idea of food. But I am eating again.

Thursday Jan 18

Note
(sick)
Blood sugar low from eating nothing all day yesterday. Still don't feel like eating much today either. Sleeping lots. All day long basically ...

Wednesday Jan 17

Note
(sick)
Started at 12:30am. Not pretty. I don't like stomach sicknesses.

Tuesday Jan 16

running (treadmill) 35:00 [3]
shoes: Pegasus 3 wide
Was going to go outside, but combine the very dark nasty cloud that appeared, and the fact that 9am is prime dog walking time (WAY too many dogs, and too few owners, and too few leashes) in the park, I opted for the treadmill.
Mostly about 7:40 pace. I am trying to get it to be mostly 7:30 on steady runs, but I just wasn't feeling that sharp this morning.
Core Strength (abs back and arms) 14:00 [1]
weight:125lbs
Okay, is this a big AP sin? I am logging this before I do it ... but I really am off to do it now, I just want to turn off the computer first. Honest.

Note on weight: only up a couple of pounds from racing season. Unbelievable with all the sweet stuff I've been eating. I've been doing more speed work than last winter, and I think it is helping.

Sunday Jan 14

running long (trails and roads) 1:35:00 [2]
shoes: Trail Pegasus 2
10am. Drizzle the whole time, but it was actually a really nice morning. VERY peaceful in the woods.
Kept the pace easy today, and found it easy for the whole distance.
