7 x 400m. Started at 91, got down to 84. It may have been 8 x 400 actually, I wasn't concentrating hard. Too busy watching a movie.

Didn't feel warmed up enough at the start, in spite of 14 minutes plus some stretching. But then I got into it and they felt easier. Could have done them all a bit faster if I had done some strides first, so I'll try that next time.

Skied harder today. Quite a few runs with no kids! Feeling pretty beat at the end of the day. Beautiful weather and good snow too. Ahhhhh.

Day aborted early due to Bridget melting down. Of course she then sledded happily for ages in the afternoon.

With Wendy. Back sore after, but from sledding yesterday not from running. The woods are still pretty slick, so we stayed on the roads. Think I may get the dobb spikes out and go in the woods later in the week though!
