| 5 x 800. Was only supposed to be 4 x 800, but the first one was pretty easy, and I still had more in me at the end. Next time I'll be sure to warm up more, and start the first interval faster. First one was about 3:10, last one was 2:58, with negative splits (easy to control on the treadmill). Took about .35 rest, with some walking. |

Didn't mean to have two rest days, but work is fairly stressful at the moment, and I am ending the day totally wiped! |

| Abs, back and legs. Been wondering how the alpine skiing is affecting my leg balance, so I did a bunch of quad stuff. Right knee has been tweakey, so I am trying to solve it before it becomes a real problem. |

| Felt a bit sluggish tonight, but it was pretty late (9:15) for me. Some hills, up to 5%, in the mix, which made me work.
I need to do some hill work, I am feeling whimpy on hills. As soon as the snow melts ... or the ice, I should say. |
