Afternoon. Very heavy snow, ungroomed - so it was a good workout!
Hiking (Snowshoeing) 20:00 [1]
A good snowshoe around the TF trail. Second time faster, trying to catch Dad and the kids. Definitely got the heart rate up a bit.

Bounding. Worked out a circuit:

Up Walnut (started at Albermarle) bounding.
Left on Gray, recover to ...
Down Gray, turn L on Newport to first tree- fast feet
Recover down Newport, and left onto Albermarle.
High knees/fast feet on Albermarle to stop sign.
Recover to end and down Walnut.
High knees/fast feet for length of Walnut Terrace, walk back, jog up and repeat!

I only had time for 3 circuits. 4 next time.

Brutal. I am not in shape for hills, could barely manage it.

I've decided I am going to do a month of 'bounding' workouts to get the zip into my legs. And to get the hill strength back.
