With Wendy. I can't remember the exact time. Felt okay, but tired. Thought about doing more, but just didn't feel up to it.

Substitute teaching all day, no free periods. I was beat!

Did some stretching too, but all is still sore. Tomorrow am I'll try to run out some of the soreness.

It was still worth it though!

Seven Sisters. Very fun, though it hurt some. My knee seemed cranky warming up, then fine ... until I tripped and slammed it into the ground. Ah well, I saw worse falls and worse injuries out there.

It was a great race, I was almost always with a few other people. I felt stronger on the hills than I thought I might, though of course many of them were at a walk. 3rd woman, but more importantly well under my goal time of 2:30.
