running (trails) 2:30:00 [3]
(injured) shoes: Trail Pegasus 2
From Jericho Road, up Rocky Branch, Stairs Col, Davis Path, over Isolation, down Isolation Path, then back Rocky Branch. 7 stream/river crossings up to my thighs at times. Definitely tired at the end!

Sharp foot pain in my right foot, across the top at the metatarsal arch. Bunion related, I'm guessing. Very painful for a while (had to walk), then it vanished for a while, then it came back. Yuck.

Knee was tired at the end (and painful for the standard 5 minutes at the start).

Still - a great run/hike with Andy. Definitely a good way to celebrate 12 years of marriage!
Hiking 1:20:00 [2]
shoes: Trail Pegasus 2
Really 4 hours - making the total for the hike/run 6.5 hours. We made good time for a lot of it, but the snow (post holing a long way), and the streams, and the poorly marked trail made it pretty slow at times. 19 plus miles ...

Fantastic views from the top of Isolation. One of the 4000 footers that can be hard to achieve - as evidenced by the number of people we met on the way back who had turned back without making the summit. Doing the stream crossings on the way out was definitely the right choice!

orienteering long 2:10:00 [3]
Great fun. Dave O. and I had a pretty good team going - along with Jeff and Nadim.

I do love events in which it is socially acceptable to talk the whole way through :-)

Can't actually remember my time (as it is now 5/30)
