| Got to 6:18 pace, and it felt okay. Knee hurt a little more than yesterday - but not much. Sped up very slowly! |

| Very easy. Didn't push at all. Didn't feel strong, but the knee and hip were fine. Rest helps. |

Lots of foot pain today, nasty. We'll see how it does after some rest. It hurts with every step, then stops for a while. Sharp pain. |

| Okay, so it was REALLY easy, but I did feel my legs working some on the ups, and I want to record that I didn't do nothing. I also want to record that my knee didn't hurt hiking at all. Nor my foot. |
