9:00pm - late, but I really needed a run.

Got to 6:18 pace, and it felt okay. Knee hurt a little more than yesterday - but not much. Sped up very slowly!

Very easy. Didn't push at all. Didn't feel strong, but the knee and hip were fine. Rest helps.

Was planning to run, but suddenly it was 9pm, and if I run then I am up until midnight. So I did some strength stuff instead.

Monday May 28

Lots of foot pain today, nasty. We'll see how it does after some rest. It hurts with every step, then stops for a while. Sharp pain.

Okay, so it was REALLY easy, but I did feel my legs working some on the ups, and I want to record that I didn't do nothing. I also want to record that my knee didn't hurt hiking at all. Nor my foot.
