9am. A good time to run. Felt okay, but now (4:30pm) feel like I am getting a cold (which Bridget already has ...).

Early am. First went on my own, and went up and down the hill a few times. Nothing hurt at the time. Then met Debby and David for the usual loop. A few hours after, my hip hurt. The next day my knee and IT band hurt. Bah.
