| It was really a couple of hours around Nickerson, but it felt like about a 3 mile run to my legs, so I'll call it 25 minutes. Gorgeous day, and the kids did great. Ethan is a speedster. |

| Cranmore. The downhill was fun the first time around, but my legs were jelly the second time. I wasn't sure they were going to keep supporting me, and I just couldn't catch the woman in front (who I had passed easily on the down on the first lap).
The ups were long, and I felt not strong, though not awful either. Nice to have Steve Olafsen cheering about half way up :-)
A very silly race. And I am paying for it in soreness 24 hours later. |
