| 7:45am. A very sensible time to run. Too much on roads, but had to get to a useful hill. |

| 3 x Walnut Street. Felt strong on the first 2, then on the third my right leg did the usual seize. Hopefully the doctor(s) will sort it out soon... |

| 9pm. Not my prime time to exercise. But did arms, abs and some legs. Getting into a good routine. 3 sets of 12, except for abs - 3 sets of 16 or so. |

 | running warm up/down (treadmill) 15:00 [2] | |
| shoes: Pegasus 3 wide |
| Evening, but not too late. Short run as it was done while Andy cooked supper (kids ate early). Watched a PBS documentary about synchronized swimming, and had to consciously remind myself not to hold my breath! Then the next day I had to do a lot of sculling when the kids and I swam ... should log it as 'abs and arms'! |

| Mini tempo run. Felt quite good, but it was very short. |

| (injured) |
| As the leg was unhappy on a short easy run yesterday, I spent today looking into Drs to see about my injury. As I am getting a bit of very welcome advice (thanks Jeff!) I am giong to hold off a day or so in order to make an appt with someone appropriate, as opposed to 'just someone I found out about online' -
Hopefully on the road to recovery soon. |

| Easy recovery run, but my right quad seized. Time to see any doctor with anything at all helpful to say. |

| Skyline Race - thanks Jeff and Judy! It was fun. Knee hurts now (a few hours later), but not much during.
I am definitley not in great shape for uphill running. Felt really wimpy. Down and flat were fine, but it was hot. Next time I will carry my own water.
Still, got a nice Inov8 hat, and had a good time. Well done to Hilly for her win! Never saw her after the first climb.
