| Pick your own at CSA pick-up (even though they hadn't advertised any for this week). I was very late, so I ran all the way out to the raspberries only to find there really weren't any left. So I had to make up for it by picking TONS of hot chilli peppers (which were falling off the bushes). Then ran back again.
Not logging the lugging of many many pounds of veg back to the car - though it was a pretty good arm workout! |

Perfect autumn morning today! Ran with Wendy in the Fells at 7:30am. About 45 degrees, sunny, no wind ... and I even felt okay. Time to be a runner again! |
