And after the skiing we went sledding at Eagle Mtn House for an hour. Lots of hill climbing! Rather jarring on the back over the bumps, but generally fantastic!

Takes me a long time to do all the leg lifts. Boring as can be ... and watching the NH primary results trickle in very slowly did not aleviate my boredom.

Also did 10 minutes of ITB stretching ...

Monday Jan 7

Okay. My resolution for 2008 is to recover from injury.

Starting plan: run very little, but regularly. Stretch ITB daily. Stretch generally 3-4 times a week (well). Strength 3+ times a week (at least until uninjured). Ibuprofen or Naproxen for a month. Stretch after skiing too.

If that doesn't do it: in Feb. get on a waiting list to see a SPORTS doctor. Not just any doctor, someone who really knows runners and runners injuries.
