| Okay. My resolution for 2008 is to recover from injury.
Starting plan: run very little, but regularly. Stretch ITB daily. Stretch generally 3-4 times a week (well). Strength 3+ times a week (at least until uninjured). Ibuprofen or Naproxen for a month. Stretch after skiing too.
If that doesn't do it: in Feb. get on a waiting list to see a SPORTS doctor. Not just any doctor, someone who really knows runners and runners injuries. |
